Financial Administration: Collecting dues, posting receivables, paying invoices, preparing monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, preparing & tracking the annual budget, and preparing the year-end tax return.

Administrative Services: mailing out past due notices, fine letters, and other correspondence. Working as a liaison between co-owners and the board by taking suggestions & complaints.

Management: Requesting bids from contractors & presenting them to the Board for approval, communicate work status with the Board, oversee contractor’s work, attending Association meetings.
